In Ivankiv, a 102.3 kW solar power plant provides the FORA store with its own electricity generation. The project slightly exceeds the 100 kW threshold while remaining a compact, straightforward and convenient solution for a commercial facility.
More than 113,000 kWh per year
The solar array consists of 226 modules rated at 455 W each. The estimated annual electricity generation is approximately 113,100 kWh, which the store can use for its daily operations.
This figure demonstrates that even a relatively compact solar power plant can deliver a significant annual output. The key factor is matching solar generation to the facility’s actual daytime electricity consumption.
In-house generation while remaining connected to the grid
The store remains connected to the regular electricity supply network. The solar power plant simply reduces the amount of electricity that needs to be purchased from the grid when its own generation is sufficient.
This approach is convenient for businesses: it does not complicate the facility’s operations while providing ongoing savings and making efficient use of the available space.
Completed Solar Power Plant Project in Ivankiv
The system is equipped with three Solis-30K-5G inverters with a combined capacity of 90 kW. The equipment was selected to match the solar array and the requirements of the store.
Following the design, installation and commissioning, the facility received a ready-to-use source of daytime electricity generation. The solar power plant helps reduce energy costs and complements the overall energy infrastructure of the retail network.
